How does the writing corrections service work?
You will submit your writing on our system, and a teacher will correct it and provide feedback on each of the assessment criteria, as well as an overall grade. You will then receive an email with your marked writing within 24 hours.
Do I have to speak/participate in the online classes?
If you prefer to attend the classes and just listen or ask questions through chat, that is absolutely fine. However, we do recommend that for our mock speaking classes, you try to participate and speak as much as possible.
How do I know the live class schedule?
This can be found in the yellow course on your dashboard named ‘Live Classes’. Here you can also find the Zoom links.
What do I do if I can’t join a class live?
You will be able to access the recordings of all live lessons. These are uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours of the class.
Can I print the Swoosh materials?
No, we encourage you to study the course and materials provided through our online platform and take notes throughout the course.
What's the duration of each 1:1 class per session?
1:1 classes in our VIP and VIP + packages are 45 minutes.
How long are the live group classes?
Live classes vary in length from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the exam and the type of class.

All of our teachers are highly experienced and qualified in teaching English for exams.
