As a freelance instructor you will be deducted a 10% off you paycheck at the end of the month, in order to pay for income tax. The instructor is responsible for his/her own income tax declaration at the end of the year.
The instructor is allowed to take Spanish lessons in group programs free of charge. In addition to this benefit instructors will also have medical coverage while they remain working for us.
