course is hiring a Lead Trainer to begin training immediately.
Main Job Responsibilities of the Academic Director, TEFL International,
Costa Rica:
Training adults on TEFL Internationals 120-hour ESL / EFL teacher training
certificate course
Developing course schedules and curricula
Overseeing the coordination of and developing English classes in the local
community
Observing teachers in training and providing feedback
Giving feedback and grading trainees written work
Payment: between $1400-$1800 per month plus bonuses
Benefits: minimum three weeks paid holiday per yearLead
Minimum Requirements:
Five years ESL / EFL teaching experience
Masters in Education / ESL or other related field
Available for a minimum of one year
Available to start training in Costa Rica on 19th March 2007
Preference will be given to candidates with:
Conversational Spanish and abilities in other languages
Experience living abroad
TESOL certificate or equivalent
Teacher training experience
More than five years of ESL teaching experience
