WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTOFFICE MANAGER FOR OUR ISTANBUL OFFICE
RFT is an EFL recruitment group that specializes in connecting professional, qualified EFL teachers with supportive, reputable private K-12 schools, universities, and language schools.
We welcome applications from couples and groups of friends.
We have a high demand for teachers in the areas of Kindergarten and Primary School.
Supporting documents, which we need:
1. A current resume with dates, locations and names
2. Scanned copies of Degrees and relevant certificates
3. Scanned passport-sized photograph
4. Scanned copy of passport (details page)
5. 2 references (or details of referees)
6. University transcript or final grade report showing your degree conferred.
Please check that you are eligible to apply for these positions and that you are able to supply all of the documents required. We can arrange an interview on the basis of your CV but will require your supporting documents before any job offer can be made.

Qualifications:
1. BA or BSc in any discipline. (First preference is given to degrees in English, TESOL, Education and Literature)
2. Native speaker.
3. TEFL Certificate or equivalent (teaching license-State teaching credential, PGCE, or Qualified Teacher Status.)
4. Professional, mature and genuinely enthusiastic about teaching.
Compensation:
Varies from school and level taught
Generally 1000-2000+ USD per monthnet
General Highlight of Contracts
Airfare (one way at the beginning and one way at the end of contract unless you renew and then you get a roundtrip ticket)
Paid furnished housing,(shared at some schools) you would only need to pay the utilities. Housing stipend of 200 USD if you choose to not share.
Health insurance
M-F work week, with some unpaid teacher training times and parents meetings outside school hours
20-25 classroom hours per week, and you would be expected to participate in the normal routine of a school. They do have regularly scheduled teacher trainingmeeting once a week.
School transit bus to and from your housing. These buses are usually for teachers only, but in some cases due to your housing location you would be riding with students. Trip is around 20-45 minutes to the school.
School Lunch every school day
Pay 1,000 USDNetper month2,000 USDNetper month. School or RFT pays all Turkish taxes.
Paid mid year break of approximately 2 weeks, and all religious and government holidays that fall during the school week.
10 to 12 month contracts12 MONTH contracts include paid summer vacation.
NOT ALL CONTRACTS INCLUDE EVERY BENEFIT-THESE DEPEND ON TYPE AND LENGTH OF CONTRACT
