Oxfordcrown (Moscow) is now recruiting native English-speaking teachers from English-speaking countries including the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand and Canada for the academic year starting in September 2014.
Oxfordcrown (Moscow) operates in the education market in Russia starting year 1996. Oxfordcrown recruits teachers to work in state, private schools and kindergartens. The aim of the company is to provide the teachers with the appropriate contract that will give them maximum possibilities to enjoy living and working in Moscow. The company bears a wide range of responsibilities working with the contracted teachers from their first steps in Moscow until their departure. The responsibilities will include: a 1-day induction course (a welcoming meeting in the office with the staff, accompanying to the school and introducing the school staff, providing with a manual, teacher training week in the main school classes); welfare control, regular communication with the staff; teaching quality control, regular communication with the methodologists.
Requirements for the position
∙ University degree (BA)
∙ TEFL or CELTA certificates
∙ A minimum of 1 year experience working with children
∙ Understanding and readiness to come to Russia and live in offered conditions
∙ Readiness to substitute a colleague teacher
∙ Personal skills are to include the following qualities:
Positive, energetic, active, creative, communicative, punctual, responsible.
Foreign teachers are to be ready to work with Russian English teachers, to accept their recommendations, correct own approaches taking into account specifications of the mentality, improve teaching skills, participate in school activities.
