Details: The Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, one of Ecuador’s largest and most prestigious universities seeks experienced native speaker English language and linguistics teachers to fill a variety of openings in our traditional and distance education programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Literature, Linguistics or related field
o Knowledge of Semantics, Phonology, Sociolinguistics, Discourse Analysis, and/or Syntax preferred
• Teaching Experience, preferable at the high school or university level
• Flexibility and willingness to be adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude
• Survival Spanish or higher
• Able to commit to one academic year or more
