We are an American-style university founded in 2005 with campuses in Tuzla, Sarajevo, and Banja Luka. AUBiH is affiliated with The State University of New York at Canton (SUNY Canton), and students receive degrees from both AUBiH and SUNY Canton.

We are accepting applications to hire four (4) faculty positions in its growing College of International Law and Diplomacy. Appointment date is September 1, 2010.
Areas of specialization needed are: Legal Reasoning and Legal Writing, Comparative Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Torts, EU law, International Public Law, International Finance and Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Comparative Criminal Law.
Note: those with teaching experience and expertise in additional topic areas will be appreciated and considered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor, PhD (or its equivalent) in law, or a PhD in a law-related field or program of study including, but not limited to: Business, International Relations, Political Science, Philosophy, Sociology, and History.
Applicants who will earn their degrees by the time of appointment will be considered.
PREFERRED: Applicants with teaching experience, familiarity and practice with on-line teaching, work experience in the area of international business, with NGOs, and or EU law.
At present the College offers courses at three campuses (Sarajevo, Tuzla, and Banja Luka), has five cohorts, and 130 students.
RANK AND SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Note: AUBiH also covers relocation expenses.
