Details: ADRA is a non-profit organization whose focus is sustainability and self-reliance for the refugees. Our English classes assist refugees in developing a skill that will allow them to have an edge in a competitive job market. These classes also include test-taking skills and cultural studies for students who are interested in resettlement or study abroad programs.
We use ESL Literacy and Top Notch books for our English classes, and are working on creating one for Access-level beginners. Lessons will be provided for teachers. In addition, teacher training will be provided for interested candidates with no teaching background.
Our classes are divided into 5-week terms. There is a 1-week break between each term. Students meet two hours each day from Sunday-Wednesday. Below, you will find the dates of our term schedule

Because ADRA is a non-profit organization, our teachers are volunteers. Compensation for this position will include one of the following:
Paid accommodation, which may be shared with another teacher. The accommodation will be located within the city and ADRA will assist with your commute to the camp.
Monthly stipend of $150 US
