Details: English teacher needed for 3-4 weeks in Urubamba
An excellent opportunity for someone looking for a short-term teaching contract, in a beautiful and relaxing rural setting in the Peruvian Andes.
English and cultural institute “El Arte Sano“ in Urubamba is looking for an English teacher with experience to teach for 3-4 weeks from the end of May 2009, to cover for a teacher who’s on holiday. Each course is 1,5 hour, 4 times a week, and we need someone to teach 2 or 3, ie 12 to 18 teaching hours a week. Pay is dependent on the amount of students, contact us for more information.
The candidate should have experience teaching English, and have a decent understanding of Spanish, since most of the students are beginners. All students are adolescents or adults.
Since we’re also a cultural institute, you can also organise cultural workshops if you have specific skills you’d like to share, or organise a one-off event.
