General Areas of Responsibility:
1) Program and Academic Operation Administration
2) Trainer and Academic Staff Management (3 Sub-Directors, 30-40 teachers)
3) Corporate Client Account Manager
4) Academic Department Program and Trainer Quality Control
Job Requirements:
1) Native English speaker with advanced Spanish proficiency (spoken and written)
2) Master’s in ESL/EFL or related field
3) Minimum 4 years of ESL/EFL program and staff management experience
4) Age range: 30- 55 years old
5) Experience living in a foreign country (preferably a Latin American country)
6) Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
7) Experience with Computer Assisted Language Learning
8) Key character traits: leadership/management skills, cultural sensitivity, organized, detail oriented, personal skills, team oriented, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude
9) Commitment: minimum 2-year contract
Pay and Benefits:
1) Salary range: depending on qualifications
2) Additional quarterly cash bonuses for performance achievements

4) Work Visa included
5) 4 hours of private tutored Spanish lessons per week
