Details: Female English speaking Head teacher (grade 1,2,3) required for an International Language School in the Stockholm area, Sweden.
You are an experienced and adaptable specialist who wishes to work full time in our international school. You will need to have excellent classroom management skills and be confident delivering the school curriculum. You will be expected to prepare, plan and asses student’s work and what is required of them.
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who is willing to work hard to achieve great results.
Stockholm’s Language School is an independent school with 260 students in grades 0-9. The school is located in Rågsved, which is 15-20 minutes from Stockholm central train station. It is situated in 2-3 minutes’ walk to the nearest underground station. It is also in close vicinity to outdoor areas and areas for play and other physical activities. In order to be successful in their application, candidates must:
- hold a valid teaching certificate (University Education Degree, Elementary Education)
- have several years appropriate teaching experience, preferably as a head teacher.
- be a native English speaker who would be interested in sharing their culture with the children.
- have experience working with multilingual children.
