Details: Independent family is urgently seeking ABA therapists and assistants to work with their 8 year old child 1:1 in his school and home setting.
We are looking for high energy, dependable, reliable, consistent people to replace the current therapist going on maternity leave as well as part time assistants who desire to work and gain valuable experience along is this field to make a difference in our child’s life.
We are seeking an experienced ABA counselor, as well as assistants who may not be experienced in this field but have interest building their career in this direction. Full and part time schedules are available with a minimum of 2 days per week. Training will be provided
• The ABA counselor position is a therapist who carries out the educational and clinical programs directly with the child.. The working environment will be in his School classroom working 1 on 1 with our child ( mainstream class setting in international school) and afternoons within our home location in Dreieich, PLZ 63303 (about 15 km from Frankfurt am Main)
This is an English speaking setting, as our son’s native tongue is English. English is spoken in the home and school setting.
What you need for this position
• Experience supervising/implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience implementing in-home applied behavior analysis programs
• Knowledge of ABA principles & pgm implementation (PRT, Verbal Behavior)
• Has had experience in working as a school aide, implementing ABA programs for the school setting
• Native English speaker or has worked in an English-speaking environment
This job reports to the Family of the child.
