Details: The Position:
We are a well established school in Taiwan and we are seeking an innovative and inspirational Superintendent starting in September, 2012.
Qualified candidates for the Superintendent position must have substantial leadership experience and have resided in Taiwan or Korea for at least for 5 years. In addition, candidates must be team oriented and be willing to go above and beyond standard expectations.
The Superintendent is responsible for managing over 40 native speaker teachers as well as overseeing 20 different schools. The Superintendent will provide instructional leadership, teacher training and recruitment, and develop learning material and curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to manage the schools and teachers while maintaining a high quality learning environment through excellent administrative leadership.

The Person:
- Native English speaker (Canadian or American citizenship preferred)
- Possess at least an M.A.
- At least 5 years teaching and management experience
- Have writing and editing experience (books, newsletters, etc.)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin (preferred)
- Ability to start immediately
