Tathva International .Tathva.co in Tokyo, Japan is seeking qualified,
certified, and experienced teachers that are capable of handling classrooms
with a high influx of new enrollments and quick expansion. Only 4 years ago
the school started with only 4 students. This year, Tathva began the Japanese
school year calendar in April with over 370 and are expecting an additional 50
more enrollments as expats from Asia , the West transfer into Japan during
the summer months and enroll their children for September.
We are accredited by IPC for our Kindergarten and accredited by Cambridge for
our Primary , Secondary program. We offer a competitive salary for the right
candidate in one of the greatest cities in the world.
SUBJECT TEACHERS (English/chemistry)
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree.
•Native or close to native English language ability.
•Having teaching experience in international school (Cambridge Checkpoints and
IGCSE) will be beneficial for teacher and must for Head of school.
•Strong ability in communication and flexibility and understanding of different culture,
hard-working, creative, team player and can do multi-function tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
•Subject taught in English with a positive approach and best classroom management
skill.
•Can develop a scheme of work, lesson plans, project base learning, assessments. Can
provide positive support to all kind a students.
•Can organize yearly evaluation and revisions of the scheme of work.
•Promotes the subject through co-curricular activities.
•Attends relevant off-campus seminars and training.
