Details: Bizmates is a new and exciting venture engaged in the online training of Japanese
business individuals seeking to succeed in their careers using the English language.
Headquartered in Japan, with soon-to-open satellite offices in Metro Manila, it is
aggressively looking for energetic and goal-driven professionals who can grow with
the company as it builds its roots in key cities in Asia.
Online Business English Communications Trainer / Consultant (Office-based)

Responsibilities:
- teach Business English to Japanese professionals using the Bizmates(TM)
methodology
- guide Japanese professionals in their business communications concerns
Requirements:
1. A university degree, preferably in business, from a reputable higher educational
institution
2. At least three(3) years of working experience in the related field
3. At least one (1) year experience teaching English online
4. Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
5. Above-average Skype skills
6.Near-native command of the English language
7.Excellent work ethics
Overseas work or study-abroad experience, Japanese skills, and management
experience are a plus. Those willing to teach on Sundays will be given preference.
Lesson hours are from 5PM to 12AM, Monday to Sunday, and will be delivered from
an office.
Successful applicants can expect:
• A starting salary ranging from PHP 160-300per hour depending on qualifications,
plus a performance bonus every 500 lessons
• Opportunities for promotion as assessors, mentor, and supervisors
• Opportunities for full-time positions
