Details: The principal of the international School of Lae (TISOL) invites applications for the position of Pedagogical Coach to commence January 2013.
TISOL provides programs in early years and primary education. The school is owned and operated by the International Education Agency of Papua New Guinea and is situated in the City of Lae. Local and international students attend the school. The school’s curriculum is taught in English.
The Pedagogical Coach will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated National Teachers. The position will include aspects of coaching, mentoring. The Pedagogical Coach will work closely with the principal to support the growth and development of the school’s teaching staff.
The successful applicant will need to be a competent teacher with demonstrated experience in primary education. The Pedagogical Coach will need to be a person who is adaptable, uses initiative, thinks strategically and is comfortable working in an international school setting in a developing country.
