Details: As Director of Sport for this group of schools you’ll be leading and developing all aspects of sport
for these national and international schools. You’ll be responsible for:
• Strategic business planning for the future of sport within the school
• Designing, organising and implementing sports calendar and activities
• Managing administration of sports
• Developing and managing the sports budget
• Developing sports curriculum
Our Client is a group of private schools with campuses in 9 countries around the globe. Right now,
they are in need of a leader who can develop a sporting culture for their international school
system.
You’ll have:
• A proven track record in sports leadership
• A masters degree in Sports Science or Physical Education
• Good Communication and excellent Interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, leadership and management skills
• Outgoing, inspiring / motivating personality
• Should exhibit a personal lifestyle that promotes physical fitness and health
• Good team leader and team player
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
