Details: You’ll be leading their Principal Development Programme and be based in Head Office in Lahore.
The NZ written Principal Development Programme is already in place and you will be:
• Further developing this programme.
• Training local Principal trainers to ensure that the programme gets into all schools in this
group.
• Involved in setting up a Performance Management System for School Principals.
• Available to travel to deliver trainings
Our Client is a group of private schools with campuses in 9 countries around the globe. Right now,
they are in need of a leader who can develop and implement training systems for their international
school system.
You’re an experienced Principal who has trained and mentored other Principals. Now you are
ready to make the next move in your career and work internationally. This is a one year contract
starting January 2013 or earlier by negotiation. You’ll have the flexibility and confidence to work
effectively in a developing country with highly effective local school Principals. You’ll be excited at
the opportunity to live and work in a completely different culture. You’ll have:
• A proven track record in educational leadership • A masters degree in education
• The ability to live and enjoy working in another culture….experience of international education
will be an advantage
• Cross cultural communication skills
• Team building, team leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Project management skills
• ICT skills and the ability to promote the use of technology to enhance learning
• Outstanding relationship and communication skills
This role will provide you:
