A reputable Training Institute in Kuwait is looking for individuals with the right
combination of skills and qualifications to teach English Language.
Skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (an English-related degree is preferred)
• Native Speaker
• Trained at teaching specialized levels of ESL instruction, such as business,
ESP, EAP, TOEFL preparation, conversation, pronunciation, and grammar and
writing
• Teaching qualification such as TESOL, PGCE, CELTA and/or DELTA certification
will be required.
• 3-5 years experience teaching English for all levels for Adults and Kids
• Prior teaching experience in Kuwait or the GCC is preferred
• Able to tolerate a high degree of ambiguity
• The ability to make very dry teaching materials come alive.
• Tolerant and easygoing - strong intercultural communication skills and ability to
adapt.
• Possess a strong knowledge of English and teaching techniques
• Highly organized and dependable
• Excellent computer aptitude, proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral English
• Comfortable with technology in the classroom
• Design course materials such as writing, reading, listening and speaking.
• Strong collaborative skills, high energy, excellent follow-up skills and highly
effective relationship building skills
• Proven ability to work in a culturally diverse context
• Maximum Age limit 50-years old
• Priority will be for who has a Kuwaiti residence
