The school Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school.
Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Board of Directors and to communicate effectively with parents. Among the tasks inherent in the position are the responsibilities which include and are not limited to:
•student disclipline
•scheduling/timetabling
•curriculum development
•extracurricular activities
•personnel management
•emergency procedures
•facility operations
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience, the drive to succeed, flexible, adaptive to enviroments, charismatic, strong leadership skills and public relation skills.

Job Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Education or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
