Form of Payment
60 (sixty) percent of the annual salary is paid in U.S. Dollars and the balance of 40 (forty) percent is paid in Naira.
Both Dollar and Naira parts of the salary will be paid to the Employee in twelve equal monthly installments.
At the end of each year of contract, the Employee will receive a completion bonus of 10percent of his/her yearly salary
Transportation
The School will provide economy airfare to the home of record for the Employee to Abuja, Nigeria at the beginning of the 2-year contract, and return airfare at the end of the agreement period. In addition to this the school will provide round trip economy airfare to the home of record at the end of the schoolyear. Plus - Transportation to and from school daily.
Housing:
A fully furnished, shared, 2-bedroom apartment with all utilities included
Working Papers:
The School will pay all the necessary fees for processing visa documents. The Employee will be reimbursed in Dollars and/or Naira upon arrival in Abuja, for fees paid for processing the necessary papers in the U.S. to work in Nigeria. The Employee is responsible, as condition of this contract, for providing the School with all the documentation necessary for obtaining his residence visa/work permit.
Medical Treatment :

Relocation Allowance:
A one-time relocation allowance of $500 will be paid upon arrival of the Employee in Abuja.
Contract: 2 years minimum – 3 years preferred for continuity for our wonderful students
