Responsibilities:
-Develop SPM/IGCSE/O-Level e-learning subject materials by performing content
research, preparation of materials and final production of storyboards for e-learning
contents.
-Work with different types of input materials to create simplified and self-learning online
contents.
-Work with other team members, such as Graphic Designers, Programmers, Writers, and
Instructional Designers in order to produce an effective learning solution in context with
the implementation of self-learning methodologies.
-Work with Advisors to identify scope of contents and areas for improvement.
-Project manage and perform quality control and product testing.
-Develop model exam questions, including solutions, and explanations.
-Create interactive exercises and activities to support learning outcomes.
-Respond to queries from students and moderate Learning Management
System (LMS) discussions on the particular subject.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferably
Class A/Distinction) specializing in their CORE subject matter.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate some previous writing
experience in one of the key subject areas of the company; Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
Maths and English Language.
- Must have an excellent command in English language, preferably a native speaker or
fully bilingual. If English is not the first language then candidates should hold a
professional level English qualification equivalent to at least IELTS 8.0 or above as an
absolute minimum.
- Ability to write concise, creative and simplified learning solutions.
- Mature personality, team player, pro-active and result oriented.
- Candidates outside of Malaysia are expected to have had previous experience of
working and living abroad from their own country.
