Adult ESL Teacher GIFU JAPAN

Position: Full-time adults teacher
Starting date: Mid-March 2015
Location: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
Working schedule: 5 days a week, with 2 consecutive days off.
Currently this position involves teaching mostly Adult and Business classes, so experience in teaching these is a must. In addition, there are a few elementary / teenage classes too, so we would like applicants to have education / experience in these fields as well. TOEIC / IELTS experience would be highly advantageous.
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing ESL expert to add to our international staff. Our 3 schools are new and non-traditional. We are fully equipped with unlimited internet access, video / audio access and countless supplementary materials. The 3 schools are based in Ichinomiya City (Aichi Prefecture), Ginan Town and Gifu City (Gifu Prefecture).

Necessary requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- TESOL / ESL training and experience in an ESL setting.
- The ability to plan enjoyable, high quality lessons for a variety of classes.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience living overseas for a minimum of 6 months.
- Japanese is an asset, as is any other second language.
- The ability to adhere to curriculum planning deadlines.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: 250,000 yen per month.
- Performance bonuses.
Benefits:
- Fully furnished and spacious shared staff house. ¥40,000 / month plus shared utilities and internet, as well as refundable deposits.
- Visa sponsorship.
- Travel bonus, as well as a contract completion bonus.
- Company will provide a cell phone if needed - call charges to be paid by you.
