Details: Honduras is a beautiful small country in the heart of Central America. We have been
blessed by nature surrounding us with breath taking mountains, rivers, lakes, sandy
beaches and we are home to the Bay Islands, who have the second largest coral reefs in
the world.
You can scuba dive, snorkel, canopy, go wild water rafting or simply sit down, relax and
enjoy the view.
Santa Maria del Valle was founded in 2009, has a state of the art infrastructure built by
the mountains, with a student enrollment of 550, including grades nursery through tenth.
We are a Catholic, innovative, high tech school. Every classroom is equipped with a
smartboard, with 20 students in each section.
Our academic curriculum is supported by different programs, such as Lindamood-bell
and Leader in Me. We evaluate by standards and we use the common core.
Requirements:
BS in Education, with an MA preferably. One year teaching experience at least.
Self motivated, outgoing, innovative, enthusiastic, disciplined, organized, easily adapts to
change and willing to live in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
