Details: Hello Institute in Fukui City is looking for an English teacher to start from late August 2015. Hello Institute has been running since 1975. We are a small private friendly school, employing 4 teachers.
Students range in age from pre-schoolers through to adults, of all levels, and we are looking for a younger-age teacher (under around 40 years) who is dynamic and enjoys using a variety of teaching styles including music, games and crafts, alongside textbooks and grammar.
A University degree is required in order for us to sponsor your working Visa. A TEFL/TESOL certificate is appreciated, but more importantly, a friendly character, reliability and some experience teaching.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 3pm to 9.30pm. This includes teaching time, lesson preparation, and some administrative tasks. A bonus will be paid if the teaching hours exceed 60 hours per month.
Salary is expected to be 200,000 Yen/month before tax.
Initial contract length expected to be 1 year (extendable), with 1 month trial period.
We will sponsor your working Visa and assist you with practical matters such as finding accommodation.
