Details: We are looking for an experienced, hard working and highly motivated teacher to join our school.
Little Paddy’s is a vibrant reality in the city centre of Ragusa, in the beautiful island of Sicily, south of Italy. Ragusa city is well known for its Baroque architecture, UNESCO status, is close to a beautiful coast line with many sandy beaches, benefits of great weather all year round and offers exquisite food.
We teach all ages: primary school children, secondary school teenagers and adults.
We strive to work with professionalism and enthusiasm and this results in being a very busy school. Our commitment to the students is to deliver high quality English tuition and help them achieve Cambridge Certifications at all levels: A1 to C1.
We work 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday and mainly in the afternoons, although morning shifts may be occasionally required. Our school year starts at the beginning of October and ends the first week of June. Some work may be required online.
We provide teacher development through an initial 10 days induction, ongoing monitoring with feedback and personalised assistance throughout the year, to help teachers feel confident and well prepared for their classes and we require weekly lesson plans submission and attendance to a weekly meeting.
We are looking for a highly motivated teacher who is able to successfully work towards a goal and take pride in his or her work and in the students’ success.
Teachers in our school will receive proper salaries, an Italian employment contract, FREE shared ACCOMMODATION, paid holidays and ongoing training and support. We can only consider teachers who can legally work in the EU.
We adhere to the Italian government regulations in relation to Covid-19 prevention so all our staff must have undertaken a Covid Vaccination.
