New York Academy is seeking imaginative, enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with
interest and ability to teach toddlers and three to six-year-old children in a new American
school we are starting in Hyderabad, India. Candidates should be energetic, patient,
caring, enthusiastic, talented, fun and have knowledge of recent developments in the
field of Early Childhood Education.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Candidates should be interested in teaching in a highly physical, educational and artistic
environment. Teachers must be physically active, and comfortable singing with children.
They should bring a high level of enthusiasm to the class each day, enjoy
working/teaching in a team environment, have high expectations of their students, have a
high level of professionalism, are well spoken, and be comfortable speaking with parents
and caregivers.
We are actively seeking candidates with the following certifications:
Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education Certification
Experience with Creative Curriculum preferred
Lead Teachers needed for the following programs:
- 3’s Program (3 to 4 years)
- 4’s Program (4 to 5 years)
- Kindergarten (5 to 6 years)
