Director of Curriculum Development Center (starts ASAP)
Salary Range/year: from USD75k-90k per year
Report to: Academic Principal

Responsibilities:
• Collaborates and shares in providing leadership and support in developing, implementing and
evaluating curriculum and
instruction within general education program areas in KWA;
• Collaborates and shares in maintaining a system for evaluating and selecting instructional
materials and equipment and
supervising an inventory control system;
• Collaborates and shares in planning and coordinating KWA PD programs;
• Collaborates and shares in establishing and implementing an improvement process for
curriculum and instruction program areas;
• Collaborates and shares in employing a program of instructional supervision and personnel
management in curriculum areas and
professional support areas;

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have the following key skills, experience and attributes:
• Master’s Degree or up;
• Great experience as a school-based curriculum administrator.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills and the ability to use those to influence
the educational agenda of the school.
• Represent the highest educational and professional standards.
• Succeed in hiring, leading, and managing faculty of academic department.
• Have a commitment to professional and personal development.
