Details: Global Yangon School is a new school in Yangon, Myanmar. Our team works to offer a
21st
century international program to families and their children. We are opened our Pre-K
program
June 2017 in a facility perfect for young children and now are opening our second
location January
8th.
We are seeking classroom teachers for the Pre-K program for the January to June and
the 2018-19
academic year. We are looking for dynamic educators who are eager to learn and lead;
and, to
work with the HoS to build a healthy learning community where both children and the
adults thrive
and grow. Prefer international experience and an understanding of modern educational
approaches and research.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor degree/ ECCD/ TESOL
• At least 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Have outstanding understanding of early childhood social/emotional development and
best
current teaching practices
• Experience with HighScope, JollyPhonics, Everyday Math, a plus
