Job Description
• 1. Teach children aged from 4-12 years old remotely with the class size of maximum 4
students.
• 2. Provide personal and specific feedback to individual student after each lesson.
• 3. Deliver demo lessons to potential customers.
• 4. Attend required on boarding training to get familiar with the system and course materials.
On going training sessions are available for teachers to further develop their academic subject
knowledge and improve students’ satisfaction overall.
• 5. Refer more teachers to work for us and extra referral bonuses will be provided.
• 6. Clear Career Development: Excellent teachers will be chosen as local trainers/recruiters to
advance their careers both full time and part time.
Requirements
• 1. Candidates who are native English speakers from the United States or Canada. This is due
to the limitation of our Internet server and the educational platform we use.
• 2. A 4 year bachelors degree or higher, or currently seniors enrolled in a university program.
• 3. Prior teaching experience preferred or experience with early childhood education.
• 4. Digital literacy, outgoing personality, and consistent passion for teaching in class.
• 5. TEFL/TESOL certified preferred.
Benefits
• 1. Guarantee Starting at 1000 USD, Up to 1800 USD / Month;
• ( Only 3 hours commitment every day)
• 2. We guarantee that teacher will have 18 hours classes every week; 3 hours teaching slots
every day guaranteed.
• 3. Additional bonus provided by the end of every three month.
