Native English/Drama Teacher

Details: Dramatic English (DE) is the leading organization that provides English language
education through Drama in the Greater China region. The School Services division provides
professional services to over 80 schools every year. The Studio division manages 15 Education
Centres all around HK. DE also partners with educational institutions in major cities of mainland
China to train and supply teachers for them. In HK alone, we are currently hiring a team of close to
40 Native English speaking Teachers. These teachers come from all over the world. The famous
playwright and movie director Mr. Alfred Cheung (張堅庭) is the chairman of the group.
The teaching career with Dramatic English may either be the opportunities to be promoted to be a
senior teacher, then a teacher supervisor, or be transferred/referred to teach in other major China
cities to explore and experience different life styles after finishing the first contract.
Job description
Teach English and/or drama classes;
Directing, assistant producing, adapting and writing shows;
Preparing and developing teaching and learning materials;
Conducting and reporting student assessment and evaluation;
Attending all training and professional development;
Other reasonable duties as requested by the Employer;
Visa sponsorship would be provided by the Employer if needed.

Job requirement
A native English speaker;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Should have experience in teaching small kids;
Be able to work under pressure;
Possessed education training in drama or musical theatre would be an advantage;
Holding PGDE/PGCE or other education degree would be an advantage.
