*******Job description*******
1. Job title: English Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 12 mainly);
3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing
activities;
4. Attend weekly meetings, trainings, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans,
study plans, activity planning, etc);
5. Handle class sizes from 4-6;
6. 5 working days per week, must be willing to work on weekends;
7. Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching); each class is 40 minutes long
*******Benefits Package*******
1. Basic salary: 16,000+ RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
-Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB;
-Bonus for new teacher recommendation;
-Overtime pay: 150 RMB per extra class taught,
-Efficiency bonus: 1000-4000 per quarter depending on performance
-Successful demo bonus: 1000RMB
-Customer retention bonus:1000RMB
3. Allowance system
-Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month;
-Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;
