Details: Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • A Master’s Degree (or pursuing one) in Education, Education Administration, Curriculum Studies or equivalent; • Relevant educational experience in an international school setting abroad, specifically with the IB curriculum at all levels (PYP, MYP, DP); • Non-native English language speakers should have a C2 level knowledge of English; • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work collaboratively with the school Community • An ability to work independently and to be an effective leader and manager of a team; • Energetic leadership to inspire all stakeholders towards the school’s goal and drive continual improvements in academics, athletics, arts and community engagement; • Strong organizational and people-management skills with a strong ability to delegate; • An open-mind with the ability to adapt and be flexible; A high level of communication skills; • Proven ability to recruit high quality faculty for challenging but rewarding opportunities; • Thorough understanding of short and long-term budget planning, implementation and reporting along with ensuring effective financial accountability and transparency; • Functional proficiency in the Albanian Language will be an asset.
