Teach in Singapore English/Maths/Science

Salary: $3,000 USD
Details: We are looking for committed English, Maths and Science Teachers to join our highly qualified workforce. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s syllabus and individual’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their confidence and skills.
For the right candidate this is an exceptional opportunity to work in both a fun and challenging environment. Due to our personalised approach teachers will be given a high degree of autonomy to design, implement and refine their own style of teaching and lesson plans BUT with an outcome driven focus. Key Responsibilities
· Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use a variety of teaching methods to facilitate learning
· Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
· Create educational content
· Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
· Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
· Plan and execute one to one classes and group events
· Attend in-house, professional development workshops
· Organise and get involved in social and cultural activities
· Keep up to date student registers and parent sign off
· Work with students from a variety of different cultures, academic backgrounds and learning abilities
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
· You must be a native English speaker
· A minimum bachelor’s degree in; Education, English Language, Linguistics; TESOL, PGCE or equivalent qualifications
· Proven experience as a teacher is preferable although candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds will be considered
· A friendly and confident manner
· Good planning and organisation skills
· The ability to work under pressure
· Flexibility and adaptable teaching style
· Creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons
· Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
· Diligent and hardworking attitude
