We are a comprehensive International School in Khartoum, Sudan (located in the heart of the international embassy city center) with over 330 students from Nursery class to Grade 11. Founded in 2012, we are operating under the licenses of Sudan Federal Ministry of Education and Khartoum State Ministry of Education. It is a school with heart.
Due to expansion and popularity of the school, we are looking for committed teachers to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
Sudan’s capital city of Khartoum is considered by many to be one of the safest and friendliest cities in the world. The Sudanese people are very warm, hospitable and friendly.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning according the standards of Sudan Federal Ministry of Education and Khartoum State Ministry of Education
• Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Creating and distributing educational content
Key Account-abilities / Requirements:
• Presents lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
• Provides individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Creates and distributes educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assesses and records students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
• Maintains a tidy and orderly classroom
• Collaborates with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
• Plans and executes educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observes and understands students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
Customer Excellence (internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)
• Assists the Head of School in ensuring that the overall school satisfaction requirements are met according to the school policies and standards.
• People Excellence (internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)
• Oversees students and ensures that their competencies are aligned with Mission, Vision and Values of the school
COMPENSATION:
Basic Salary: 2,800-3,000 USD / month *TAX FREE!!
