Living Learning English
Details: Living Learning English requires qualified teachers with native-speaker level competence in English to host and teach one or two students in their own homes. General, Business or Academic English, adults and teenagers. 15-30 hours tuition per week plus activities and excursions. Teachers need to offer at least 2 weeks in summer, but more weeks are available throughout the year for the right candidates, particularly those who can host and teach young learners (10-17s).
Successful homestay teachers will enjoy teaching English and hosting international visitors in their home. They will have a professional qualification in teaching (CELTA, TESOL or Primary/Secondary PGCE), a comfortable home and enthusiasm for sharing their language, culture and location. Many of our teachers have worked in business, industry or other educational fields prior to teaching from home. The advantages for you are flexible working arrangements and the convenience of working in your own home with full support from LLE.
