Requirements:
• Native English speaker
•Relevant teaching degree/qualification
•Police check
•Experience of teaching in Early Years
•The ability to deliver the British EYFS curriculum to a high level
Duties:
To provide a friendly and welcoming environment for pupils and parents
•Implement agreed school policies and guidelines
•Support initiatives decided by the Head Teacher
•Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all pupils, through differentiation of tasks
•Lead, organise and direct support staff within the classroom
•To provide a stimulating classroom environment, where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
To keep appropriate and efficient records, integrating formative and summative assessment into weekly and termly planning.
•To ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment meet the
varied learning and social needs of the children
• Report to parents on the development, progress and attainment of pupils
• Participate in meetings which relate to the school’s management, curriculum, administration and organisation
• Participate in the performance management cycle.
