We are an organically grown online language learning company, based in Singapore. We offer online English and Spanish classes to students all over the world.
We strongly believe that learning a language is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ kind of endeavour, so we pride ourselves on having a team that is able to create real connections with students and help them progress by getting to know their strengths and weaknesses - as opposed to following a regime of being online ”edutainment” or following cookie cutter slides. We prefer teachers to use their experience and expertise!

***APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS***
- Native English speakers from the UK, US or Canada
- Minimum of 2 years of in-person classroom experience
- Expertise in teaching English: reading, writing, critical thinking and exam preparation (Cambridge exams, TOEFL, IELTS)
- TESOL/TEFL certification preferred
- Available at least 6 hours per week and on at least 1 weekend day (anytime during peak times, 6 – 9pm Singapore time. For example: 3 hours on Wednesdays 6-9pm, Saturdays, 6-9pm)
- Stable internet connection (at least 10mbps upload and download)
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping student’s advance based on their goals/current level
***JOB DETAILS and BENEFITS***
- Pay starts at 28 SGD (Singapore dollars) or higher for more qualified teachers / Higher rate (up to double) for group classes.
- Regular bonuses when students renew hours
- Payments sent monthly via Wise
- Classes are held on Zoom
- Operating hours: 5 - 10pm weekdays / 8am - 10pm weekends Singapore time
- Students can choose to have 30mins, 45mins or 1 hour (5 or 10 minute break between all classes)
- Student age range: 6 – 16 years old
- Stable schedule and regular classes with the same students (1 to 1 or groups up to 4)
- Regular hourly rate reviews based on class consistency, overall reliability and student feedback
- Other bonuses available for: Submitting lesson clips for use as examples (up to 5 clips per month) and teacher referrals once they join for regular classes.
