Requirements:
Must be Female
GCSE: Math & English C and above
Minimum: NVQ Childcare level 3 or BTEC Childcare Level 3
Minimum 2 years working experience
Job responsibilities:
• Supporting the children’s development and learning through planned play, activities and a mixture of adult and child-led tasks building up their language, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Helping children achieve the learning goals of the EYFS encouraging co-operation and good behaviour, and making sure the children are safe at all times.
• Stimulating children’s learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience.
• Providing pastoral care and support to children and providing them with a secure environment to learn.
• Supporting the development of children’s basic skills, including physical coordination, speech and communication.
• Encouraging children’s mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play.
• Developing children’s curiosity and knowledge.
