Location: Saudi Arabia and Bahrain
Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based (1–4 weeks per assignment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, flexible, and culturally adaptable Freelance English and Soft Skills Teachers to deliver short-term training programmes in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Assignments typically range from one week to one month and involve teaching English communication and key professional skills to learners who may be either unemployed or employed in diverse sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about travel, cross-cultural communication, and empowering individuals through language and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in English Language (focusing on communication, comprehension, and confidence)
• Teach a range of Soft Skills, including but not limited to:
• Workplace communication
• Interview preparation
• Teamwork and leadership
• Time management and problem-solving
• Customer service and presentation skills
• Adapt materials and teaching style to suit different learner levels and cultural contexts
• Conduct informal assessments and provide feedback to participants
• Represent the training provider professionally while working with local partners
• Complete brief end-of-programme reports or feedback summaries as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (preferred for English delivery)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience, ideally with adult learners
• Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency)
• Experience in delivering soft skills or workplace readiness training
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Willingness to travel for short-term assignments in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain
• Professional, flexible, and proactive mindset

• Familiarity with Middle Eastern cultural contexts
• Ability to deliver training in both English and another language is a plus (not required)
