Qualifications:
Fluency in English: As an ESL or kindergarten teacher, it is essential to have a strong command of the English language.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly IELTS preparation or kindergarten education, is required.
IELTS Expertise: Familiarity with the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and strategies is essential for ESL teachers. For kindergarten teachers, experience in early childhood education is necessary.
Teaching Certification: A teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a relevant early childhood education certification is highly desirable.
Energetic and Self-Motivated: We are seeking teachers who are enthusiastic about their work, self-driven, and able to inspire students.
Responsibilities:
ESL Teachers:
Planning and delivering engaging English lessons focused on IELTS preparation to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
Providing comprehensive instruction on all four skills tested in the IELTS exam: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
Familiarizing students with the IELTS exam format, timing, and scoring criteria.
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills and achieve their target IELTS scores.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and materials tailored to IELTS preparation.
Kindergarten Teachers:
Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for kindergarten students to learn and grow.
Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
Providing individualized attention and support to each child’s needs.
Promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall well-being and progress of each child.
