Details: We are currently seeking New teachers, fresh graduates and experienced teachers to work as kindergarten teachers in a well-respected company with kindergartens across Mongolia. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and have a passion for teaching young children. Applicants do not need prior teaching experience as the school provides comprehensive training and support. You will be
working with Mongolian teachers in providing a bilingual Montessori-based Finnish learning environment to their young students.
Responsibilities:
- Teach English to kindergarten students, aged 2-6 years old, through games, songs, and interactive activities.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Encourage students to develop their communication and social skills.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Attend school meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
- English must be the native language of the applicants.
- Must be willing to relocate to Mongolia for a minimum of one year.
- No prior teaching experience is required.
- Applicants must have an open mind and a passion for teaching young children.
Salary and Benefits:
- The pay range for this position is 600-800 usd per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Accommodation is provided or accommodation allowance is given.
- Comprehensive support on arrival to Mongolia provided.
- Health insurance provided.
- 2-3 months of holiday per year.
- Working visa provided.
