Details: We are an International School based in Baghdad, Iraq. We follow the Pearson Edexcel
curriculum and are the pioneer Edexcel exam centre in Iraq. As we are accredited by the
Council of British International Schools, the Association of British Schools Overseas, the
Federation of British International Schools in Asia and the first school in Iraq to be directly
recognized by the Department for Education of the United Kingdom, we are meeting
international expectations. We have a teaching team of over 40 teachers of various
nationalities.
About the Vacancy:
We are looking for early years and primary teachers with firm yet approachable personalities
who can tailor our curriculum to meet the needs and interests of our young learners. The
teachers need exceptional classroom management skills.
Requirements:
 a minimum 2 years experience teaching in an international school setting
 an undergraduate degree in early childhood education or relevant subject
 a recognized teaching certification or license
 a clean criminal background check from country of origin
 native or near native proficiency in English
 experience in the MENA region preferred but not mandatory
