Fields of Expertise: ESL/EFL, Cambridge Exams Knowledge
Details: We are hiring for academic year 23/24 (starting mid September).
The position is full time and involves 18 teaching hours per week, which could increase during the course.
Teaching is mostly in the afternoon/evening but there are some online one-to-one classes in the mornings.
Classes are mainly General English or exam preparation (Cambridge exams).
Teachers will have a mixed timetable of different ages and levels. There is a maximum of 10 students per class.
Native Level English speaker.
University Degree.
Recognised TEFL qualifications.
Experience working with children and teens a plus.
Experience with Cambridge exams will be valued.
Contract.
Full National Health Insurance.
All social security contributions paid.
1.000 net/monthly.
Paid holidays: 2 weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and local/national holidays.
Assistance throughout the year.
School of English is a small, private school in the centre of Pontevedra.
During the academic year, you, as a teacher will:
-Plan and prepare your classes daily in order to teach your students.
-Carry out term evaluations 3 times a year.
-Attend some meetings during the course.
