We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Pedagogical Counselor with over 10 years of extensive experience working in secondary or tertiary institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully engaging with students, collaborating with administration, and providing guidance to educators. The Senior Pedagogical Counselor will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall educational experience within the institution.
Responsibilities:
Pedagogical Guidance:
• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students to enhance their academic performance, study skills, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with educators to develop strategies and approaches that facilitate effective teaching and learning.
Teacher Development:
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and teaching methodologies.
• Offer personalized coaching and mentoring to educators to improve classroom management, instructional techniques, and student engagement.
Curriculum Enhancement:
• Collaborate with academic departments to evaluate and update curricula, ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards and best practices.
• Recommend modifications and improvements to curriculum structures to optimize student learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pedagogical Counselor in secondary or tertiary institutions.
Hold a Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in pedagogy, counseling, and educational psychology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and administrators.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational environment.
Age 40 years and above.
Location:
The position is based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, and the candidate will be required to work on-site at the institution.
