Minimum Requirements:
• BA 3 or 4 year University Degree with transcript
• CELTA or equiv. certification i.e., TESOL/TEFL 120+ hours
• ESL teaching experience
• Pearson PTE Academic (to be taken at a later date)
• 24 month contract *(see conditions of WP application below) Applicants from abroad are most welcome to apply
POSITION OFFERED:
Commencing - October 2025 Academic Year
• Monday to Friday 24 hours per week onsite & online (set contracted hours)
• Salary: ₺71,400 (current NET- increase in Jan 2026)
• Work visa/permit
• Assistance with TR Denklik
• Health insurance coverage: Gov. full SGK and private (limited)
• 20 paid vacation days per year; all TR national holidays off with pay
Campuses at Avalon or Dudullu
*Please note - Currently Work permits for Türkiye can only be obtained with either a current Turkish residence permit or applied for at the Embassy in the country of the applicants birth.
