- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in English faculty.
- A qualification in English Language Teaching (TESOL, CELTA or equivalent) is preferrable.
- 2-year teaching experience.
Descriptions:
Prepare lectures: Before each class, you need to prepare lectures, including content, materials, and activities appropriate to students’ learning goals.
Teaching via video: Use online learning platforms like Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet to connect with students. You need to arrange your time reasonably and create a favorable learning environment.
Teaching English skills: Including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Depending on each student’s specific needs, you may focus on one or more of these skills.
Provide feedback: Track your students’ progress and provide constructive feedback so they can improve their English skills.
Create and use teaching materials: Develop lectures, exercises, and learning materials appropriate to students’ levels and learning goals.
Engage and encourage: Create a positive learning environment and encourage students to participate in learning activities, by creating fun and interactive exercises.
Develop relationships: Build good relationships with students so they feel comfortable and confident in the learning process.
Track and evaluate progress: Monitor student progress through tests, exercises and conversations, and adjust study plans if necessary.
