Details: Oman Private School is seeking highly motivated individuals for the following full-time teaching positions:

• Primary Homeroom Teacher (FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY)
• Primary and Lower Secondary English Teacher
• Primary and Lower Secondary Science Teacher
• Primary and Lower Secondary Mathematics Teacher
• Lower and Upper Secondary Physics Teacher
• Lower and Upper Secondary Biology Teacher
These immediate position will entail readying students for Cambridge Checkpoint examinations as well as Cambridge-based internal school assessments. Therefore, familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is an asset.
Tasks will include other school related responsibilities, such as:
• Preparing lesson plans
• Grading and reporting
• Quiz/exam preparations
• Communicating with students and parents
• Supervision duties
Successful candidates should:
• have a B.Ed. from a recognized academic institute or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 4 years teaching experience in the position applying for
• be native English speakers (if not a native English speaker, candidates should have a minimum IELTS score of 8.0 or above)
• have experience preparing students for international examination standards
• have an understanding of the latest pedagogical developments
• be motivated to see students excel academically and behaviorally
