**Job Description:**
- **Immediate Need:** We are looking for teachers who can start immediately.
- **Teaching Schedule:** Classes are conducted in the mornings and evenings/nights EST, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in availability is essential.
- **Target Audience:** Our focus is on teaching adult learners in a group setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Online Group Teaching:** Conduct engaging and interactive online classes for adult learners in a group setting.
- **Lesson Plan Creation:** Develop comprehensive lesson plans using Google Slides to ensure effective delivery of course content.
- **Google Classroom Management:** Utilize Google Classroom to manage and facilitate online learning, including assignments, grading, and communication with students.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Proven experience in teaching adults online in a group setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in creating lesson plans on Google Slides and managing courses through Google Classroom.
- **Availability:** Must be available to teach during the specified times and days (mornings and evenings/nights EST, Monday to Friday).
- **Location:** Candidates must have a US bank account and a US address.
