We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for native
English-speaking educators to join our Summer Teacher Training Program
in Nanjing—a city where modernity meets tradition. This initiative
aims to enrich the teaching strategies of local English teachers
through a comprehensive training module.
Job Description
As part of our team, you will:
Provide training for high school and primary school English teachers in Nanjing
Cover academic skills in English Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking
Focus on classroom management, curriculum design, and cross-cultural
teaching enhancements
Share your expertise in teaching leadership and academic English
Design and deliver workshops on various aspects of English language
teaching, including:
High school Academic English Reading and Writing
High school Academic English Listening and Speaking Curriculum Design
Classroom management for high school English classes
Primary school English Reading and Writing
Improvement of cross-cultural teaching ability
Teaching Leadership
Develop daily lesson plans in accordance with program requirements
Qualifications
Native English speaker from an English-speaking country
Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
Proven experience in English teacher training
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to design detailed daily lesson plans
Familiarity with high school and primary school curriculum standards
Educators with extensive experience in teaching theory and practice
are encouraged to apply

Total program duration: 4 weeks in August 2024
Minimum commitment: 2 weeks
Preferred commitment: 3-4 weeks
